Rubbish! Could not deliver on the right day if you held a gun to their heads! Cost me a 60 mile round trip and three hours out my day to unload a pallet dumped on an elderly customers driveway.

My plumber went to order several items which were saying in stock online and paid, however nothing has been in stock and he spent all afternoon trying to get a refund. I spent ages choosing what I wanted, very disappointing. Web chat is rubbish as well.

Have had a problems with several items out of my order, have spent an age on premium rate customer service helplines being told my issue is being dealt with but no response. So I thought I'd try the wechat to avoid further calling fees. The webchat operative messed messed me about for an hour and a half, claiming they had to speak to a manager, then avoided the chat for log enough that it times out and cuts you off. Absolute disgrace of a company. Be warned, you may get lucky and receive an average product but if you have any issues at all then this is what you will have to deal with. And before you think of posting your usual template response to this review better bathrooms then be warned, I have screenshot to back all of this up.

Great value bathroom mirrors which arrived on time and perfectly packaged to ensure there was no damage in transit.

Very simply, it fits in well with our new conversion. Very pleased with it.

I was looking for a 800 round mirror for my shower room and looked on Better Bathrooms website. It had so much choice at a variety of prices and offered a quick and efficient service. My mirror arrived safely packaged and with easy to follow instructions, absolutely love it!

Fantastic company with excellent, competitive prices. I was sceptical about the quality, given the prices, however I was pleasantly surprised! The customer service is also great. They rectified an issue with my order promptly and easily. Delivery was swift, with lots of options for delivery date. Will definitely be using again and will be recommending to friends/family.

We have had nothing but problems from the start to not even a finish. Customer help line does nothing to rectify any problems and I have had a few!
Stay away from these Cowboys ....you have been warned.

As a follow up to the previous poor review, I will not be dealing with this company EVER AGAIN! Numerous problems with the order items not turning up. Then asked to reorder and pay again more money at increased price then the item turned up with a manufacturing fault. I have raised a compliant and had no response and also no refund on items I had to return. The company asked for the order number in their response to me which I provided but again no response. They do not know the meaning of the word customer service all they do is apologise but don't take ownership of sorting problems leaving it up to you to do!

Bought several items from them, had to return a shower tray and waste. I received a refund for the waste (£20) but not the tray (£287.97), I have been chasing them for over a month, they keep saying it will be paid but still not received. Also their customer care number is a premium rate number so I have been charged over £20 to chase the refund.

Had some tiles delivered damaged, chat agent was really helpful and got everything sorted, only issue was the chat timed out too quick so couldn’t thank them

If I could give them NO star, that would be better! I ordered a shower tray which was due to be delivered 14 June. I got a plumber for the following weekend, however there was a problem and j received an email saying it would be delivered 16 June. When it didn’t arrive I called to ask where it was and was told (after waiting on the call for 25 minutes) that it would not be arriving on 11th July. I accepted this and was going on a short break and re booked the plumber. When I got back on 10th July the next day I booked off and waited for the tray which again did not arrive. I told them to cancel the order. They said they did and I would receive a refund within 5 days. I received another email saying it would be delivered on 15 July. I did not receive a refund or a shower tray. Every time I call I get a different message. I am still waiting for my refund it is now 19 July. I called again today and was told that the item would be refunded of £14.97 which was for a waste unit which I actually did receive. Absolutely brainless. Ridiculous. Steer clear.

Quality service yet again. Needed a quality bath for a client who had no idea. Just left it up to me. Simple Better bathrooms was my first and only stop.
Can i just say i have never had a bath packaged up like they do theirs. It came on a pallet wrapped in plastic like never before. For the price paid well worth every penny. And on time too. Brilliant.
